		<description>Choice is a very poor and lazy alternative for our government. Just like telcom and energy, choice programs will eventually become unregulated private enterprise. As a result, choice programs will consolidate and just be handful of corporations with a monopoly in childhood education. Thus leading to no competition at all.</description>
