		<description>As a Chicago University trained statistician I cringe when I see two percentages on the TV screen referring to a different base number. This is true when T Boon Pickens uses " we use 25% of the world's oil but have only 3 % of the worlds supply. This counts on most of the population thinking that we use 8 times as much as we have.

I agree with the rest of the ad and the premise but wish he would not mislead the public</description>
